SyFy Sets Date For Winter Episodes of Eureka Warehouse 13 & Haven

SyFy will air Christmas-themed episodes of Eureka, Warehouse 13 and Haven on December 6, 2011.

SyFy has announced that the holiday episodes of their original series’ Eureka, Haven and Warehouse 13 will air on December 6th, 2011. The three episodes are being described by SyFy as being “stand alone” and do not represent part of the wider narrative of their respective series’.

Eureka

The series was created by Andrew Cosby and Jame Paglia and tells the story of Jack Carter, a former US Marshall and now the Sherriff of the unusual town of Eureka, which is a hotbed of paranormal activity due to it being the home of a top secret research lab run by Department of Defense. Eureka stars Colin Ferguson as Jack Carter, Salli Richardson-Whitfield as Alison Blake, Joe Morton as Henry Deacon, Erica Cerra as Jo Lupo, Neil Grayston as Douglas Fargo, Niall Matter as Zane Donovan and James Callis as Trevor Grant. The series is produced by Universal Cable Productions with Jaime Paglia and Bruce Miller serving as executive producers.

Eureka’s holiday episode (Do You See What I See), which will air on SyFy on December 6th 2011 at 8/7C, follows the people of Eureka as they are transformed into animated versions of themselves. Noted animation company Curious Pictures is helping to produce the episode which also features guest appearances from Jim Parsons, Edward James Olmos, Chris Parnell and Matt Frewer.

Warehouse 13

Created by Brent Mote and Jane Espenson, Warehouse 13 tells the story of two US Secret Service Agents who, after saving the life of the President, are transferred to a top secret facility in South Dakota known as Warehouse 13. In their new roles, the agents must track down and secure historic artifacts which have been imbued with supernatural powers. The series stars Eddie McLintock as Pete Lattimer, Joanne Kelly as Myka Bering, Saul Rubinek as Artie Nielsen and Allison Scagliotti as Claudia Donovan. Warehouse 13 is produced by Universal Cable Productions with Jack Kenny and David Simkins serving as executive producers.

Warehouse 13’s holiday episode (The Greatest Gift), which will air at 9/8C immediately following Eureka’s holiday episode, follows Pete who, after inadvertently activating an artifact, finds that he was never born. Pete has to attempt to re-assemble the old Warehouse team and fix whatever has gone wrong.

Haven

Loosely based on Stephen King’s novella The Colorado Kid, Haven tells the story of Audrey Parker, an FBI agent who comes to the idyllic town of Haven, Maine on assignment only to discover a personal connection to the town through her long lost mother. Audrey opts to stay in Haven to investigate ‘The Troubles’, a series of paranormal events that had previously struck the town. The series stars Emily Rose as Audrey Parker, Lucas Bryant as Nathan Wuernos and Eric Balfour as Duke Crocker. Haven is produced by Entertainment One and Big Motion Pictures, with Shawn Piller, Lloyd Segan, Scott Shepherd, John Morayniss, Noreen Halpern, Laszlo Barna, Michael Rosenberg, David MacLeod, Sam Ernst and Jim Dunn serving as executive producers.

Haven’s holiday episode (Silent Night), which will air at 10/9C immediately following Warehouse 13’s holiday episode, follows Audrey Parker and Nathan Wuernos as they investigate the disappearance of a number of the residents of Haven.
